One of the most annoying things is when, after having been taking care of your nails for a long time, they suddenly start to split or chip, just when they were perfectly long and well-groomed, with an attractive diva length.

By the way, sometimes we also find ourselves with the phenomenon of pause or “detoxification” of artificial nails, by our own decision or medical necessity, where once we are accustomed to having beautiful long artificial nails, with multiple shapes, colors, and designs, we suddenly see ourselves with short nails, or with nails that are somewhat long and weak, producing us a cerebral shock, in which we are even ashamed to have our hands seen, because we feel that we are missing something, like a part of our identity has just disappeared, and we have to start from zero.

Whatever the situation, and if you feel identified, continue reading, because this blog post interests you!

Growth and care of natural nails.

When it comes to nail growth, the most important thing is to be patient and take constant care of them. From the diet, where essential nutrients play an essential role, such as vitamins C and E, as well as fatty acids, and minerals such as Zinc and Calcium, and even probiotics, can help a lot from within. The ideal is to have a varied and complete diet, but we can complete it with nutritional supplements, which can help us improve, among other things, the health of our nails.

On the other hand, weekly manicures and pedicures are mandatory! Removing the excess cuticle, trim, and file, along with the use of nail oils, and a good nail treatment such as a nail hardener, or an anti-chip treatment.

Long and short natural nails.

If we all know something, it is how beautiful well-maintained natural nails can be, for which everyone asks what the secret of their growth and maintenance is, and many others look on with envy. They are the reason for the invention of artificial nails, because when a nail breaks, we have to replace it with another, we have to disguise it until it blooms again, so on top of it we put a false nail to protect it until it is completely bloomed, and beautiful like the others.

Whether you decide to wear them long or short, remember that you can style them however you like, while achieving your personal goal. From nude styles, to the most colorful nails that human eyes have ever seen, everything is possible with imagination and nail polish. But if you lack imagination, there exist real nail gurus on social media who never cease to surprise me, and what surprises me most is that on many occasions, they are not even nail technicians, they are simply amateurs who love the world of nail care and decoration.

Humbly, at the moment, this is not my case, but luckily, it is something that can be learned.

Your natural nails are pretty too, so enjoy them.

Artificial nails are beautiful, and the work of nail technicians is undeniable, because they make a living from it, and they do spectacular work, which makes us rethink many things related to our skills taking care of our natural nails, but remember, your natural nails are also beautiful, they just need proper care. If you don't know where to start, on social media and the internet in general, there are professionals who, through content creation, help other people for free.

Remember: nobody is born learned, everything is a process where even the most expert nail technician does not stop learning to continue offering the best possible services to their clients.

Among my favorite content creators in the nail industry are: Simply Nailogical, Alexandra Teleki, and Nail Career Education.
